A 20-day jump training challenge with the Plyo Guy and the Plyo Queen.

Hoptober is a 20-day jump training challenge from October 5–31. It’s a simple way to add plyometrics into your routine, no experience needed.

What’s Hoptober?

Why Hoptober?

You want to get bouncy but can’t find the time or don’t know what to do? Start with the Hoptober challenge! That’s exactly why we created it.

How does Hoptober work?

Every workout lands in your inbox the evening before you do it — starting Sunday, October 4, running through October 31.

Each email comes with video links, so you always know what the move should look like.

There are 20 short workouts: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesdays you jump. Thursday you rest. Friday & Saturday you jump.

Each workout’s a quick warm up plus a dynamic session you can slot into your day, or right before your strength workout.

How much is it?

$20 for 20 days. Free challenges are easy to fall off of, we know because we’ve done free things we never finished. Twenty bucks means you've got feet in the game, and feet in the game means you’ll be jumping.

Can we win a prize in this challenge?

Yes. The top 2 most consistent win either one month in Matt’s Ganbaru Move Good Feel Good plyo program, or $100 off Tina’s Intro to Plyometrics online course (that starts Nov 8)

Post on Instagram with #Hoptober as you go, that's how we track who's showing up. It has to be a post, not an instagram story (stories disappear, so we can't count them). Consistency counts more than perfection.

Do I need jumping experience?

Nope. All levels are welcome! This is about adding a little hop into your life, however bouncy you already are.
